All orders are shipped via ACS Courier, one of Cyprus's most reliable courier services, ensuring fast and trackable delivery island-wide.

 

•       Standard shipping: €3.00 flat rate for all orders within Cyprus

•       FREE shipping on all orders over €20

 

We ship to all locations across Cyprus, including Paphos, Limassol, Nicosia, Larnaca, Famagusta, and surrounding villages.

 

•       Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed

•       ACS Courier typically delivers within 1–3 business days after dispatch

•       Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day

 

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp so you can follow your delivery in real time through the ACS website.

 

•       If your parcel arrives damaged, photograph it immediately and contact us within 48 hours

•       If your parcel is lost in transit, contact us and we will resolve it with ACS directly

•       We will offer a replacement or full refund for confirmed lost or damaged orders
