Refund & Returns Policy

1. Overview

At TheTechPlugCY, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help. This policy applies to all physical products sold through our store.

2. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item if:

• The item is unused and in its original packaging

• The item is faulty, damaged, or not as described

• You received the wrong item

The following items are NOT eligible for return:

• Items that have been used, opened, or damaged by the customer

• Items without original packaging or accessories

• Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)

3. How to Request a Return

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if the item is damaged or faulty.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome within 3–5 business days.

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days

• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

• If the item was faulty or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost

5. Exchanges

We are happy to exchange items for a different size or colour (subject to availability). Contact us to arrange an exchange before sending your item back.

6. Consumer Rights (Cyprus / EU)

As a consumer in Cyprus and the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period under EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU. This allows you to cancel your order without giving a reason, starting from the day you receive your goods.
